Spare parts which are repaired or replaced under warranty do not extend the original warranty period of the product.
The purchaser must strictly follow the manufacturer’s installation instructions provided with the product.
The warranty is valid only if replacement, maintenance, and servicing of product’s spare parts are carried out in accordance with the user manual.

3. Warranty Method and Scope:
Warranty service will be provided through repair, replacement, or a combination of both.
Warranty services are performed at the Fluidra Vietnam office in Ho Chi Minh City.
Warranty coverage includes dismantling, installation, labor, and transportation costs.

Required documents may include: invoice, delivery note, installation photos/videos, and photos/videos showing the defective condition of the product.
5. Exclusions from Warranty:
Failure to comply with the requirements specified in the installation instructions provided with the product.
For above-ground installed products, the warranty will be void in cases of electrical leakage or short circuits caused by water exposure during installation.
Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches occurring during use.
Any product damage or malfunction caused by force majeure or similar events, including but not limited to fire, earthquake, flood, storm, or other external factors beyond the seller’s control.
